30-Day Returns
You may return unopened, unused product in its original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To protect the safety and integrity of our supplements, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used bottles.

- Opened or used bottles
- Product returned after the 30-day window
- Product not in its original, sealed packaging
How to start a return
Email us at info@awaketherapeutics.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return and send instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us — returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover the shipping both ways.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method — no restocking fees, no deductions. Refunds typically post within [5–10] business days of us receiving your return, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect it.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@awaketherapeutics.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, and we'll cover all shipping.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders follow the same return terms above. To stop future shipments, manage or cancel your subscription from your account before your next renewal date.
