Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions and other recurring purchase options work at Awake Therapeutics, Inc., and how you can change or cancel them.

Subscriptions
When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you select (for example, every 30 days), at the subscription price shown at the time of enrollment, until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically, and we'll charge your payment method on file before each shipment.

Cancel anytime
There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee.

To make sure a change applies to your next order, please cancel or update your subscription before your next renewal date. Changes made after an order has already been processed will apply to the following cycle.

Billing after cancellation
Cancelling stops all future charges and shipments. It does not refund or cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped. Orders that have already shipped are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Price changes
If we change your subscription price, we'll notify you in advance, and you'll have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
