Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to additional regions — check back soon.

Shipping rate
A flat shipping rate of $6.00 applies to every order, no matter the size. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within [3–5] business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Order tracking
When your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with tracking. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, reach out at info@awaketherapeutics.com.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll always do our best to help.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at info@awaketherapeutics.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
