3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed. Prices, products, and promotions are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.

4. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you select (for example, every 30 days), at the price disclosed at the time of enrollment, until you cancel.

• Automatic renewal: Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel it. We will charge your payment method on file before each shipment at the then-current subscription price.
• Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your online account or by emailing us at info@awaketherapeutics.com. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel before your next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund charges already processed.
• Price changes: We will notify you in advance of any change to your subscription price, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

5. Shipping & Returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. "Awake," our logos, and our product and ingredient marks are our trademarks. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
